All new systems sold by Tiger PC Solutions Ltd carry a 10 year hardware only return to base guarantee. 

1st year manufacturers parts and labour. 

Remaining  years labour only.

Customers are advised to ensure product compatibility with us before purchasing, as goods are not sold for a trial basis. Products cannot be returned or refunded on grounds of incompatibility, or software related problems.
Guarantee conditions:- The guarantee given by the vendor is subject to the following conditions. The systems must be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months. The vendor shall not be liable when any fitted tamper seals have been broken, or for any defects arising from wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, misuse or alteration or repair of the goods and or accidental damage by the customer or third party. 
This does not affect your statutory rights.
